Service scope

The Service provides a fixed-price AI Answer Visibility Audit for a single URL. The audit analyzes metadata, structured data, and AI crawler access and produces a report with recommendations.

Delivery

Reports are typically delivered within minutes and guaranteed within 48 hours. If we fail to deliver within 48 hours, you are eligible for a full refund.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or AI placement outcomes. The report provides best-practice guidance only.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a URL you have the right to audit and for implementing any recommendations.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. By purchasing, you agree to that policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnswerOptix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the audit.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Australia.
